KSP Partner Michael Resnick was recently quoted in The Valley Breeze in relation to his work representing our client applying for approval to build a Chipotle and Starbucks in North Smithfield.
“‘If we are lucky enough to obtain master plan approval, it would be our intent to be back before you fairly expeditiously with respect to a preliminary plan,’ said Michael Resnick, an attorney for the applicant, at a Planning Board meeting last Thursday, Sept. 28, prior to the board approving the conceptual plan”.
