Greg is a civil litigator who handles complex matters in federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Greg’s practice is focused on trust and estate litigation, constitutional law and property rights litigation, and commercial and real estate disputes. He frequently represents beneficiaries, fiduciaries, closely held businesses, property owners, and developers in prosecuting and defending claims.
Greg is an outcome-driven attorney, skilled and experienced with discovery, motion practice, brief writing and oral advocacy, trial and appellate work, and conflict resolution. He has successfully argued dispositive motions in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as obtained favorable settlements for his clients outside of litigation.
Of recent note, Greg was counsel of record in 1100 North Main Street, LLC v. Shoreby Hill Properties, Inc., 348 A.3d 799 (R.I. 2026), where he argued before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and prevailed on behalf of the Appellee, a seller of commercial real estate. Greg was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2026.
Prior to joining KSPR Law in 2023, Greg served as a Law Clerk in the Rhode Island Superior Court. Graduating with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, Greg was a Member of Connecticut Law Review and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. He also served Connecticut small businesses and entrepreneurs as a Student Associate in UConn’s Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, gaining practical experience representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In his free time, Greg enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, nature, and spending quality time with his wife, his son, and his family and friends.

Representative Matters
- Represented owner of coffee shop and food truck in declaratory judgment action in Massachusetts Superior Court against municipality, ultimately resulting in zoning amendment and creation of new village commercial zoning district to better facilitate land uses
- Secured six-figure settlement on behalf of omitted and allegedly omitted heirs in will contest in Rhode Island Probate Court involving contested issues of authenticity, execution, and interpretation of self-prepared will
- Litigated complex issues relating to title and deed restrictions in Rhode Island Superior Court and negotiated terms of Joint Petition and Consent Order allowing for the redevelopment of abandoned hospital into housing and other uses
- Filed suit and obtained approval from Massachusetts Superior Court to record lis pendens in Registry of Deeds, freezing planned sale of residential property, ensuring recognition of client’s beneficial interest, and maximizing value to client through relisting and entry of subsequent purchase and sales agreement for property
- Represented several coastal property owners before the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, protecting property and riparian rights and defending against fines and cease and desist orders
- Successfully litigated, mediated, and obtained Consent Judgment in Providence County Superior Court on behalf of owner of residential property and neighboring marina in case involving complex issues of riparian rights
- Represented short-term rental advocacy group before local Town Council and State of Rhode Island Fire Safety Board of Appeal and Review, protecting grandfathered property rights in amendments of local ordinance and filing petition which led to Blanket Statewide Variance issued by State Fire Marshal for short-term rental properties
- Defended and obtained favorable resolutions of several complex construction litigation matters in federal and state courts
- Defended property owner on appeal of fine and cease and desist order to local Zoning Board of Review, reducing potential fine amount of $129,000 to $645
- Represented beneficiary in dispute with trustee, negotiating out-of-court agreement for the management of property and distributions to better protect rights of beneficiary
