Sarah is a paralegal in KSPR’s litigation practice. She plays an integral part in all aspects of litigation, from inception through discovery, including electronic discovery (ESI); utilizing advanced software to create databases and document productions; document review; drafting discovery and preparing for depositions; through trial and appeal.
Sarah is knowledgeable in procedure in all state federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, state agencies and arbitration proceedings.
Sarah has assisted on some of the firm’s largest construction litigation cases. She is well versed in all aspects of civil trials, including witness and exhibit preparation, maintaining trial exhibits and attending trial daily. Sarah was part of the trial team for KSPR’s 41-day Sakonnet River Bridge Trial in Washington County Superior Court.
